I typically open .doc attachments from outlook emails. after reading email i close atlantis (Note: I don't close document before closing atlantis) then when I open atlantis next time it tries to open with .doc (outlook attachmet) but obviosuly it is not available and it throws access violation.
Any fix for this?

You can uncheck the "Tools | Options > Load / Save > Reload documents at startup" box. But Atlantis should not raise exceptions even if a document file is missing. Could you please open a DOC attachment in Atlantis again, then choose the "Tools | Options", click the "Save settings to INI file" button, and send your Atlantis.ini to betatesting@rssol.com ?
