Open up Ocean Mind Minimized

I am trying to get Ocean Mind to open up a document that I put in my Start Up folder Minimized. I have set the short cut in the Start Up folder to Minimized but the document still opens up full screen. I would prefer it to be minimized to the Task bar and not to the System Tray. Is there a way to have a document open up minimized to the Task bar?

Changing shortcut properties does not work with all software. I am sorry but you could not launch Atlantis in this way.
