Search using wildcards

After congratulating you for this amazing text processor I would like to ask something:
How can I search\replace\delete in a txt file phrases (all the characters) that are between 2 specified characters eg between "(" and ")" ?
I mean how to search\replace\delete using "wildcards" eg search for "(*)"

You can use the “Add special symbol” button of the “Find/Replace” dialog:



“^?” means “any character”.
