Why is it so difficult to communicate a need for support?. Sending an e-mail to comment@rssol.com doesn't seem to work.

Did you mean that you have problems with sending email messages to <something>@rssol.com?

No, in that I sent an e-mail from my friends computer almost two weeks ago, requesting my registration information. I had a hard drive crash and then problems with a new ISP and a new hard drive. I did NOT receive an answer,

Yes, in that part of the problem has been my inability to send e-mail out, although I have been getting some in. It is of course possible that a reply was sent during the 3 days that I was completely off the Internet, but it should still have been in my mailbox!!!

I need my registration code, that I paid for last October.

I have just checked the mail archive. Yes, we sent you a message to your email address at digitelone.com on May 1. I do not know why you never received it. Maybe this is due to antispam filters used by your ISP or your email client. We could send your code to your alternative email address, if you have one. Also I have just sent your code to your "Private Messaging" box.
