I think Atlantis has about the best HTML help system out there, but have you considered offering the help documentation in .rtf or .doc format for download and printing? I realize we can print from the HTML help, but such an offering would be helpful. Thanks.

Currently the Atlantis HTML Help is undergoing a complete overhaul. We cannot say when it'll be released yet but we are working hard at making it even better.
Printing the whole Atlantis HTML Help would actually be a mammoth task. It would involve printing hundreds and hundreds of A4 pages.
Here is what we can suggest:
1) Toggle the "Clippy Bank collects clipboard data" option ON.
2) As you read Atlantis help pages and you feel that you'd like to have a printed version, select them, then copy them (CTRL+C). They will automatically be pasted into the Clippy Bank.
3) Save the Clippy Bank file as "Atlantis Help.rtf" or "Atlantis Help.doc".
4) Whenever you feel the need to add help pages to this "Atlantis Help.rtf" file, follow steps 1 and 2 above, then add the Clippy Bank contents to it.
5) After a while, you should have built your own personalized short guide to Atlantis. Format it in any convenient way, and it will be ready for printing.
Cheers,
Robert

Any thoughts of offereing printed documentation for purchase? I know a lot of users would prefer a printed manual. How about a print on demand service?

Printed manuals are rather exceptional with most software, especially with word processors. As a matter of fact, onscreen topical help is what most users require.
And in this day and age, electronic help is hot favourite with most people. We are actually thinking of creating our own Atlantis electronic tutorial(s). This might be available in a not too distant future.
