Simple outline tree like in PSION WORD

There is no need to make extraordinary tools for outline view. Just an icon 'Outline' showing the expandable tree like in explorer. Just few first words from first line of shown paragraph. And only two operations: 'Goto' Button which makes GoTo selected line and... 'Cancel'. Every style may have an outline level. This is 99% of the usage of an outline.
