keyboard redefinition

Post by chris brandon »

Atlantis' new hotkey feature is a step in the right direction, but I would find it more useful if 1) I could assign more than one keyboard command to a function, e.g. Ctrl-g as well as the delete key - I prefer to use Ctrl-g but certainly don't want to inactivate the delete key! 2) More functions were available for assignment to hotkeys, e.g. the cursor movement keys (I would like to use Alt-j, Alt-k, Alt-l, and Alt-; for cursor left, right, up, and down, respectively), and single-line scrolling (for which I would use Alt-u and Alt-m for scroll up and scroll down, respectively).

In other words, the more customization options users have, the better!

Keep up the good work.

I am sorry but the "cursor movement/text selection" hot keys cannot be modified.
