moving characters

Hi, I just installed Atlantis Nova (Version 1.0.0.65) Congratulations, it looks like a really well-designed program!

There is one thing, though, that I'd like to ask. When I open a new document (from the "normal" template) and start typing, then the characters that are before the caret in the current line keep making slight movements to the left and to the right -- sort of "wobbling".
This even happens with fixed pitch fonts such as "Courier New". While this is certainly not a severe issue, it becomes somewhat distracting after a while. Is there any way one can avoid this behaviour?

This is a standard behavior of Atlantis. This cannot be changed.
