Getting Windows Control Panel/Mouse to work in Atlantis???

How do you get a fatter cursor/arrow and IBeam in Atlantis??? Re: Control Panel/Mouse in Windows XP does seem to work in MS applications such as MS Word, IE, etc, but when I tried it in Atlantis, it doesn't seem to affect pointer or text selection IBeam. I understand that Some programs don't use Windows' cursors/pointers. They were designed to use their own. Any way to get a fatter cursor/arrow and IBeam in Atlantis???

PS I've also tried a 3rd party software, CursorsXP from Stardock . . . same thing . . it creates different cursors in MS products, but not Atlantis.

Atlantis uses its own mouse pointers. They cannot be changed by any software.
