How to set NO Widow/Orphan control in paragraph style

I am using Ocean Mind 1.0.5 trial version. I am trying to set a paragraph style with NO Widow/Orphan control, I can get the style to have a white box with no check mark in it for Widow/Orphan control but when I close Ocean Mind and come back to Widow/Orphan control the box is grayed out with a check mark in it. Does the grayed out box with a check mark mean it is using the document default for Widow/Orphan control? When I re-open the document Widow/Orphan control is again on. Is there a way to disable Widow/Orphan control on a document basis instead of a paragraph basis? When I go to individual paragraphs and set the paragraph formatting for NO Widow/Orphan control the change remains even after the document is closed and re-opened.

P.S. The paragraph style I made is not based on another paragraph style.

The next build of Atlantis Ocean Mind will allow to toggle off the “Widow/Orphan Control” characteristic for styles. Thanks.
