Small bug in Text Cursor Options setting window

A small bug: there is a case where the Cursor is not visible in the Preview window of the Text Cursor Options settings; if the Windows setting for Cursor Blink Rate set to "None" (so it's a solid non-blinking cursor) in the Keyboard settings found in Control Panel. The cursor is still visible in the document window as expected. I'm using v 5.0.0.10
