Why Am I Not Qualified for Update?
I am a long time user of Atlantis. In August 2020 I purchased the ULTIMATE update and when I went to update the program, I got a msg stating I was unqualified for the update. I now have v 5.0.0.3 which I think is the latest version - but on my "about" page for the program, it says I am an unregistered user. How can I fix this? Thanks.

Suddenly Started Getting Evaluation Screen (I have been a user since 2004)
I have been a user of Atlantis since 2004, and five years ago I purchased a lifetime license. Recently when updating, the evaluation screen popped up and now it appears every time I close the program. I wrote to the technical department and included a copy of my receipt for that lifetime order but have not heard back. My fear is that I will no longer have access to the program after x-number of incidents using the program.
