How do you format a PDF to an existing photocopy of a book?

Post by PotatoesAndMolasses »

I'm reading an e-book off the Internet Archive that's missing a page, although I could reconstruct it from a LibriVox recording. This isn't particular to Atlantis, but I'd like to know how to type a page that matches the format of a document that clearly wasn't printed on 8.5" by 11" paper.

If you want to use Atlantis to compose a document page that resembles the formatting of a page in a PDF document, you need to find out the formatting (page size, typeface, font size, line spacing, etc.) used in that PDF document. There are online tools to convert a PDF file to one of the MS Word formats (RTF, DOC, or DOCX). Just open the converted file in Atlantis, and examine its formatting.
