Duplex printing not working 3.3.2

It has been about a year since I last duplex printed on my Samsung ML-2955ND and it is only printing on one side.
Trying to get 2-up printing from Statement size (5-1/2"x8-1/2") onto Letter (8-1/2"x11") only printed 1 page each on the first 3 sheets and on the 4th and last sheet it printed the last 2 of the 5 pages. I wanted 2 pages to print per sheet side and 2 sheets to print for the whole print job.
The setup indicates it will print on an auto duplex printer with regular side binding. What am I missing about printing with the latest software?

I suppose you mean the "Two-sided printing options for ..." dialog of Atlantis.

Compared to version 1.6, the latest version includes no changes to the duplex printing routines. Version 3.x is supposed to do duplex printing in the same way as older versions.

Sorry, but I personally do not have suggestions on this.
