Header page numbering and toolbar

I don't want the header to appear on the title page of my mss but rather on the first page of text. How do I do that? Also, the header-footer toolbar shown in the help section is one I'm familiar with, not the abbreviated new one. How do I get the old one back?

In most cases all you need to do is to check the "Different header and footer on the first page of Section 1" box of the "Headers/Footers" section of the Sections panel of the Control Board:

I am sorry, but the old design of that context toolbar is not available in the new version. The corresponding Help topic will be soon updated.
