Many thanks for the reply and suggestion. Actually i had already adjusted the double click speed to the slowest possible without solving the problem. I apologize for not mentioning it.

I am still trying before buying and would love to have this problem corrected. I double click to select a word or words and then try to pick the selection up with a single click and it does not function as it is meant to. Usually the whole paragraph then gets selected or another outcome other than ...
