Increase font size - easier to se

Is there a way to set the font size within the document bar?
v3.1.1.0

Paste as environment no longer works, instead pastes text in an odd font I've never used before. Hotkey or right-click yields same results.

And I don't know whether this is related or not, but upon opening program yesterday, all the opened tabs were gone.

Suggestions?

OK, so that give me color. But 0" margins doesn't work.

Isn't there some way to put that in the background? Insert a text box could work, but program doesn't do that either does it?

Maybe instead of saying system-wide, I should have said program-wide. How do I change color of ONE document in Atlantis without changing color of all other docs in Atlantis?

How do you set background color of one document without changing color system-wide?

Program hangs up. Takes 1-2 minutes to get back to normal. Any thoughts?
