Hmmm, i don't know Robert Asprin.
And yes, you are right. Although, access to computers has increased in the past years, it is still in a very disappointing proportion.
May sound like a dumb question, but are you German?

No special reason, actually. :)

And there are no word processors in Filipino (or Tagalog) because most of computer-literate Filipinos understand English well.

But despite our proficiency in English, wouldn't it be nice to use a program in our own language? :)

May I suggest that you add in the language coding our own national language, Filipino , which is based mainly on Tagalog ? I noticed that instead of Filipino or Tagalog, Atlantis has English (Philippines). While English is widely used in the Philippines, I'm sure FIlipinos like me would appreciate ...
