I didn't explain myself very well. I agree that you can't have Chapter 1 follow an unnumbered "textual" Introduction if they are both Heading 1. But, if the "Introduction" is Heading 1 and "Chapter" is Heading 2, as you have put it in your modified document, then the first use of Heading 2 ...
