Thanks -- it was so obvious I don't know how I missed that

Its easy to start renumbering pages in a footer, but is there a way to have different text for footers in different sections? I haven't been able to figure it out if its there. Thanks

Thanks for the reply. Easy enough work around - I never thought about using the shared folders idea. I will try this out and see how it works.
