How do I get rid of the long list of styles (1-99 etc.) that I'll never use?

How can I suppress the header on the first page of a manuscript and still keep the page numbering right?

I work with radio scripts, which require line numbers. This would be a great addition to Atlantis.

I've set up a few styles useful for screenwriting, like character, dialogue, action, and so forth.
Can I post them somewhere for others to use?
If so, how? Do I just describe the font and paragraph details of each or is there some kind of file I can upload.

The ALT key issue is hardly a deal-breaker. I still think your word processor is the best program of its kind since Eric Meyer's VDE for DOS and I'm glad I registered. $35 is a bargain.

I just registered Atlantis and love it, but I do have an odd problem: After assigning ALT-key combinations to various styles for scriptwriting, I find that they only work with the left ALT key. The right ALT key is dead.
Obviously, I can work around this, but it would be much better if both ALT keys ...
