End Note Reference
Is there a way to set up a style for end note references (like word 2007) where I can insert a footnote or endnote and have the reference style be applied automatically?

Apparently this is a problem of importing from Word to Atlantis. Probably having to do with Word's image positioning functions which Atlantis doesn't have.. I started from scratch within Atlantis and the images appear normal.

When I insert an image into a page only the top part shows. If i view this in epub it is fine. I have tried various things, moving the text down, resizing the image. Still I cannot get the image to apper properly. I don't seem to be having this problem with another document.
End Notes
When I place a heading H1 for my end notes then the notes appear on the next page (when it is saved as epub and opened in adobde digital editions), not on the same page as the heading. I do not have the syle for h1 set to do a page break. Is this a problem with Atlantis or adobe digital editions?
