Hi,
Use the Control Board “Sections” panel. The Headers/Footers section will allow you to create an own header and/or footer for the first and second sections. Creating an own header and/or footer for the second section will cancel its “Same as previous” property.

I'm trying to change the page numbers on my existing document. Due to editing, Page 3 has become Page 5, but Page 25 is still page 25. I seem to still be struggling with keeping my TOC correct. Sometimes the "heading1" extends backwards to the previous page, so the TOC gets confused. When I go to the previous page and change heading1 to normal, that changes the heading1 to normal on the following page. But only sometimes ...
