Text wrapping around pictures (or simply "floating pictures") is at the top of the "to do" list. It will most certainly be implemented in Atlantis.

As yet Atlantis has no support for automatic text flow around pictures.

However, you could use columns, column breaks and section breaks to create mock text flow around pictures.
